CANCELATION POLICY TOURS
Full payment is due in order to confirm the tour. A 50% refund will be granted if cancellation is received 36hrs or more, prior to departure. There will be NO refund if cancellation is received less than 36hrs prior to departure. We Belize R'Us Resorts & Tours reserve the right to cancel any trip prior to departure under circumstances that may make operations of the trip inadvisable. All trip payments, which were received, will be promptly refunded. This cancellation policy applies to any reason for cancellation, including airline delays, strikes, world events, personal issues or Acts of God.
CANCELATION POLICY ACCOMMODATIONS
A 50% deposit is required upon booking to guarantee reservation.
The balance is due on arrival. If a cancellation is received in writing before 30 days prior to the visitor's arrival at Black Orchid Resort there will be a full refund. A refund cannot be given, for any reason whatsoever, if the written cancellation is received within the thirty day period or later.

  • FOR EVERY TOUR:bottle of water, sunblock, camera, sun glasses, beach towel
  • SNORKEL / DIVING:  bathing suit, tee shirt (sensitive pale skin), sarong, underwater camera
  • RAINFOREST / MAYA TEMPLE:  bug repellent (off), walking shoes, wet socks / Teva sandal, extra set of clothing.
  • EXTRA USEFUL TOOLS:  binoculars (bird watching), flashlight (night tours)

 
Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement
The following defines our Responsibility with respect to all of our trips. You acknowledge that during any tours booked by Belize R’Us in which you will be participating, certain risk and dangers may arise. You are voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the dangers involved and hereby agree to accept any risks. You therefore release and discharge Belize R’Us Resorts & Tours, its affiliates and employees from all claims, actions and demands of any nature that may include claims for bodily injury, death, property damage, or any incidental or consequential damages arising from my participation in the Tours and / or Expeditions.
