  • We will send you a detailed quote for your approval or revisions. Once you choose your vacation details, we will provide a credit card authorization form to process your deposit. That’s all there is to it!
  • We must receive your credit card confirmation of deposit immediately so we are not forced to release your hotel reservation and other services held in your name.
  • We prefer not to take credit card information over the phone, so we offer a credit card authorization form. Ask for details and we will make sure your private information is protected.

Deposits in Advance:

  • Deposits are best made using a credit card.
  • 50% deposit required at the time of booking and balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
  • We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover Cards.
  • We will send you a credit card form along with your final itinerary when you are ready to confirm.
  • If you prefer to make your deposit by bank wire transfer, we can send you the needed information for this.

If your reservation is booked less than 45 days prior to arrival date then the full payment for booking is due immediately.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 45 days or more prior to arrival – Full refund less 20% handling Fee
  • 44 days and less prior to arrival – NO REFUND
  • No refunds for no-shows or unused portions of accommodations or packages
  • There will be no refunds due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest or Acts of God, including Hurricanes.

Day 4: After breakfast you will head to Guatemala for your journey into the past as your guide takes you back into the lives of the Maya dating back to 200 AD. After a full day of exploring, you will head back to overnight in your jungle lodge. (B, L, D)

Day 5: After breakfast you will be transferred back to Belize City, where you will board a commuter’s flight for a 15 minute flight to San Pedro. Day 1: You will be met by our friendly representative and transferred by ground to a lodge on the Belize River where you can relax and prepare for a fully packed week of Adventure. (D)

Day 2: After an early breakfast you set out for an Indiana Jones Adventure as you explore the cave of Actun Tunichil Muknal, discover hidden chambers full of Maya artifacts and remains that reveal the rituals and ceremonies of a lost world. Very active tours which includes hiking, swimming and mild climbing (B, L, D)

Day 3: Today things get a little bit more rustic and adventurous. After an early breakfast we pack and head deep into the massive Chiquibul Forest, Belize’s largest protected area. At Chiquibul, we explore an ancient cave and do a jungle hike around Las Cuevas Research Station to learn about tropical ecosystems and their ecology. To end the day we climb atop a bird tower on top of a high ridge to see the sunset over the majestic Chiquibul Forest.

Day 4: Today we head to the Raspaculo Branch, a major tributary in the Chiquibul and we will hike for a couple hours to an area where the magnificent Scarlet Macaws nest. Here we meet up with the Scarlet Six Bio monitoring Team who are striving to save the last remaining macaws in the wild of Belize. After a jungle lunch we jump into a skiff and go patrolling with the team where we can discover the wildlife of the chiquibul along the river banks. Later we prepare our jungle camps and if we have enough energy left in us we will do a night boat safari to search for crocodiles. (B,L,D)

Day 5: Rise to the myriad of bird calls in the middle of the jungle. After coffee, we will take a short bird walk around camp. With breakfast down, we head to a few known Scarlet Macaw nests for field observations. While en route, we have good chances of seeing many more birds along the river as well as Tapirs and River Otters. We return to base camp for lunch. After packing we head out for an off-road driving adventure to the south east section of the reserve. Here you will have sweeping views of the core conservation zone of the Maya Mountains as far as the eye can see. In between, we stop at some active camera traps used to monitor the Jaguar population in the reserve. By sunset we are atop the highest points in the Mountain Pine Ridge, from where we see the sun setting in the horizon. We head back to near civilization where we can enjoy a gourmet dinner and a comfortable bed. (B,L,D)

Day 6: Today after an early breakfast you pack your bags and drive for about an hour for your next adventure. Here you will start with a vigorous hike up into the foothills of the Maya Mountains to the mouth of Actun Loch Tunich sink hole which sits over 300 feet above the basin below, 200 feet above the rain forest canopy that grows out from the sink hole basin.(B,L,D) The fully trained caving guides rig a system of rappelling ropes for your descent to the basin below. The first 10 feet provides the adrenaline, the next 200 feet provides an unforgettable experience and sights to behold, the last 100 feet takes you down through the rain forest canopy.

Day 7: By now you are having a hard time waking up in the morning so after a late breakfast we will head out for our last adventure before we can relax for a day of two by the beach. Here we will zip on the longest zipline cables in Central America followed by vigorous climb to the top of the 1,000 ft. Antelope Falls and Big Drop falls where you can enjoy a breathtaking view and a refreshing swim in the azure waters. Afterwards you can rappel down to a thrilling 300 or 500 feet down the waterfalls. Day 8: Wake up to the sounds of the ocean and spend your last day relaxing by the beach, sipping piña coladas or treating yourself to a well-deserved massage. If you are up for it we can schedule some snorkeling. (B,L,D)

Day 9: Today you say good bye to Belize. We can either put you on a short flight back to the international airport or we can transfer you via ground transportation. (B)

Day 3: After breakfast you will explore the mysterious jungle-shrouded temples of this once powerful 3000 year old civilization, the Lamanai Ruins. Watch monkeys and birds while you learn about the ancient Mayas civilization. (B,L,D)
