Our Drivers And Guides Come Right To You

Your Arrival by Cruise Ship: We will meet you and your excursion group as soon as you arrive from your cruise ship by tender boat at the Belize Tourism Village where all Belize Cruise Ships bring their passengers visiting Belize for the day. Our Tour Guide and Driver will have a sign with your Group Name on it just outside the gate to greet you. We Keep It Simple And Safe

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY – TOURS Full payment is due in order to confirm the tour. A 50% refund will be granted if cancellation is received 36hrs or more, prior to departure. There will be NO refund if cancellation is received less than 36 hours prior to departure. Belize R’Us Resorts & Tours reserve the right to cancel any trip prior to departure under circumstances that may make operations of the trip inadvisable. All trip payments, which were received, will be promptly refunded. This cancellation policy applies to any reason for cancellation, including airline delays, strikes, world events, personal issues or Acts of God.

Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement The Release document defines our Responsibility with respect to all of our tour trips. You acknowledge that during any tours booked by Belize R’Us in which you will be participating, certain risk and dangers may arise. You are voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the dangers involved and hereby agree to accept any risks. You therefore release and discharge Belize R’Us Resorts & Tours, its affiliates and employees from all claims, actions and demands of any nature that may include claims for bodily injury, death, property damage, or any incidental or consequential damages arising from my participation in the Tours and / or Expeditions. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN THE RELEASE BEFORE THE TOUR BEGINS.
